• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts while addressing contractual issues
• Advisory and Compliance: Analyzing business requirements, identifying risks, and advising on compliance aspect including IT, e-commerce, and privacy regulations. General Corporate and FEMA guidelines advisory.
• Stakeholder management: Provide timely legal support to internal stakeholders across teams and risk management processes to ensure seamless compliance across business verticals.
