Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Create and maintain discrete-event simulations (DES) to model vehicle flow, peak-hour surges, and valet efficiency.
• Predictive Analysis: Use Monte Carlo simulations and agent-based modeling to forecast revenue and occupancy under varying conditions (e.g., weather, local events, price changes).
• Optimization: Identify “dead zones” in our lots and propose layout or flow adjustments based on simulated ROI.
