Job Overview

Tiwari Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented ESIC & PF Consultant to manage statutory compliance for our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian labor laws and a proven track record of handling ESI and PF documentation, filings, and audits accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Registration & Licensing: Handle fresh registrations for shops and establishments under the ESIC and EPFO acts.
• Monthly Compliance: Prepare and file monthly returns (ECR) for Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance.
• Data Management: Manage employee KYC, UAN generation, and bank seeding; ensure all member data is updated on the portals.
• Claims & Settlements: Assist employees with PF withdrawals, transfers, and ESI claim processing (maternity, sickness, or injury benefits).
• Legal Advisory: Stay updated on the latest amendments in labor laws and advise clients on compliance risks and statutory obligations.
• Liaison: Coordinate with government officials during inspections or audits and resolve any show-cause notices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or HR (MBA/LLB preferred).
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ESIC and PF consultancy.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Unified Portal (EPFO) and ESIC Portal.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with both corporate clients and government departments.
