We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As a BDA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of parking spaces, building strong relationships with property owners, and driving revenue growth. You will be at the forefront of our business expansion, identifying new opportunities and bringing on board new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identify and prospect potential parking partners, including commercial building owners, residential property managers, hotels, and event venues.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.

  • Sales & Negotiations: Present our value proposition to potential partners, negotiate contracts, and close deals to add new parking spaces to our platform.

  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the parking industry.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners and a seamless experience for end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with the real estate or parking industry is a plus.
