Role Objective

The Master Teacher will be the face of Vedantu for thousands of students. You will be responsible for delivering high-energy, engaging, and conceptually strong live online sessions. Your goal is to simplify complex mathematical concepts, ensure high student “stickiness,” and drive learning outcomes through Vedantu’s interactive platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Session Delivery: Conduct interactive live classes for grades 6–12 or competitive exams (JEE/Olympiads). Use the WAVE platform features (Hotspots, Quizzes, Leaderboards) to maintain 90%+ student engagement.
• Content Curation: Assist in designing storyboards, PPTs, and visual aids. You will collaborate with the content team to create “student-first” learning modules that use GIFs, 3D models, and animations.
• Doubt Resolution: Address student queries in real-time during sessions and through 1-on-1 video call features on the Vedantu app.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze student data and feedback to identify learning gaps. You will be responsible for the “Vedantu Improvement Promise” (VIP) by ensuring measurable growth in student marks.
• Parent-Teacher Interaction: Participate in periodic connect sessions with parents to discuss student progress and learning paths.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech).
  • Graduates from IITs, NITs, or Tier-1 institutions are highly preferred.
• Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of the K-12 curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/IGCSE) and competitive exam patterns (JEE Main/Advanced).
• Pedagogical Skill: Ability to break down complex topics like Calculus, Trigonometry, or Algebra into simple, relatable stories or logic-based steps.
• Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using digital pens/tablets, high-speed internet setups, and video conferencing tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (or Hinglish, depending on the track). High energy and a “stage presence” are mandatory for live broadcasts.

To ensure a seamless teaching experience, you must have:

• A laptop/desktop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a fast processor (i5 or above).
• A stable broadband connection (minimum 10-20 Mbps dedicated speed).
• A high-quality webcam and noise-canceling headset.
