Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) for our Raipur location. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG field sales and strong market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities in the assigned territory

• Identify and onboard new retailers and business partners

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Understand customer requirements and ensure timely service

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Market analysis and competitor tracking

• Ensure regular follow-ups and collections

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of FMCG field sales experience (mandatory)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong local market knowledge of Raipur

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Graduation preferred
