We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) for our Raipur location. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG field sales and strong market knowledge.
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
DA & TA as per company policy

Conduct field sales activities in the assigned territory
Identify and onboard new retailers and business partners
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Understand customer requirements and ensure timely service
Achieve monthly sales targets
Market analysis and competitor tracking
Ensure regular follow-ups and collections
Minimum 1 year of FMCG field sales experience (mandatory)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong local market knowledge of Raipur
Self-motivated and target-driven
Graduation preferred
