The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-energy, local Business Development Associate to spearhead the growth and optimization of our parking facility in the heart of Orlando. As the primary boots-on-the-ground representative, you will bridge the gap between sales and operations, turning empty stalls into revenue by building relationships with Orlando’s thriving hospitality, tourism, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Local Partnerships: Identify and sign corporate accounts, monthly parking contracts, and validation partnerships with nearby hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
  • Revenue Optimization: Monitor local event calendars (Amway Center, Camping World Stadium, etc.) to implement dynamic pricing strategies and maximize “event day” revenue.
  • Direct Sales: Conduct cold outreach and onsite tours for potential commercial tenants and fleet managers seeking dedicated parking solutions.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the facility at local Orlando Chamber of Commerce meetings and tourism board events to keep our space top-of-mind.
  • Operational Liaison: Collaborate with the onsite operations team to ensure the facility meets the premium standards promised to B2B clients.
