Customer Service Representative – Female only

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent support and guidance regarding our range of puja services, booking processes, and general inquiries. This role requires empathy, deep product knowledge, and a commitment to ensuring a positive and satisfying spiritual experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding service offerings, pricing, bookings, and Pandit/Priest selection.

  • Guide customers through the process of selecting and scheduling the appropriate puja or religious service.

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with patience and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach.

  • Familiarity with or respect for Indian spiritual traditions, rituals, and terminology is a plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
