DevOps Engineer (Hybrid)

The Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between development and operations. At Built In, you won’t just be managing servers; you’ll be building the scalable, resilient infrastructure that powers the go-to platform for millions of tech professionals. You will focus on automation, security, and developer experience, ensuring our deployment cycles are as fast as the industry we cover.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Excellence: Design and optimize automated pipelines to ensure seamless, high-frequency code deployments.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage and scale our cloud environment (AWS) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Orchestration: Maintain and tune our Kubernetes clusters to handle traffic spikes and ensure high availability.
• Observability: Implement robust monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog) to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Security Integration: Partner with security teams to bake DevSecOps practices directly into the SDLC.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in a DevOps or Site Reliability role.
• Stack Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Scripting: Proficient in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
