• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.

• Oversee compensation and benefits administration.

• Support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

• Maintain accurate HR records and data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
