Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

• Policy Implementation: Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Culture & Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement within a fast-paced digital media environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably within the media or digital technology sector.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
