As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our management team to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You will not just be fetching coffee; you will be actively involved in building our company culture and talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Onboarding: Help prepare welcome kits and facilitate the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
• Database Management: Update and maintain employee records and HR files with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in planning team-building events, office activities, and culture-building initiatives in our Tribeca office.
• Administrative Support: Respond to internal HR-related queries and assist with general office administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
