KiaraHub is looking for a results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Sales Manager to serve as the bridge between our brand and the digital creator ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our outreach, managing high-impact partnerships, and driving revenue through data-backed affiliate programs. You are a relationship-builder, a sharp negotiator, and an analytical thinker who knows how to turn social media influence into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Acquisition: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality influencers and affiliate partners who align with KiaraHub’s brand identity and target audience.
Campaign Management: End-to-end management of influencer collaborations, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to content approval and performance tracking.
Affiliate Optimization: Manage and grow our affiliate program by developing competitive commission structures, providing partners with marketing assets, and troubleshooting performance issues.
Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and click-through rates. Use these insights to optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for our creator community, fostering long-term loyalty and ensuring our partners are motivated and equipped to succeed.
Strategic Reporting: Provide regular, actionable reports to the leadership team on campaign performance, partnership health, and market trends.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital partnership roles.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for networking and negotiation.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using affiliate tracking platforms, CRM tools, and social media analytics. You are comfortable working with numbers to justify campaign decisions.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of current social media trends, content formats (Reels, TikTok, etc.), and the creator economy.
Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
