Role Overview

As a Predictive Retention Analyst, you will turn complex data into actionable strategies to minimize customer churn. You will leverage data science and behavioral modeling to predict which users are at risk of leaving and develop proactive solutions to keep them engaged with the OURPARKINGSPACE platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Churn Modeling: Build and maintain predictive models to identify early warning signs of customer attrition.
• Behavioral Analysis: Analyze user journey data to understand the “why” behind cancellations or inactivity.
• Strategy Development: Design data-driven retention campaigns (e.g., targeted offers, personalized outreach) in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retention initiatives using A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Insight Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, executive-level recommendations to improve customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in data analytics, data science, or a similar retention-focused role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation and modeling.
• Tools: Experience with data visualization software Tableau, Power BI and CRM tools.
• Mindset: A curious, problem-solving approach with a strong focus on consumer behavior.
