We are expanding our footprint across India and are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Remote Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships from the comfort of their home office.

The Role

As our Remote Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients, and consistently hitting quarterly revenue targets. Because this is a 100% remote role, we need a self-starter who possesses flawless communication skills and thrives in an autonomous digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Source new B2B business opportunities and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key corporate clients and partners across India.

  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing—using CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to refine our sales pitch and strategy.

  • Virtual Collaboration: Work closely with remote marketing and product teams to align messaging and optimize conversion rates.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales or account management (experience in tech, SaaS, or digital platforms is a massive plus).

  • Remote Expertise: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay motivated without daily supervision.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional spoken and written English, with a knack for delivering impactful online presentations and closing deals over Zoom/Meet.

  • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern remote collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace).
