Sales Manager

SkyPlusNews is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our revenue operations in Varanasi. You will be responsible for driving advertising sales, managing key client relationships, and leading a local team to expand our market presence in the media and news sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to sell advertising space (Digital/Video/Print) to local and regional businesses.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and advertising agencies in Varanasi and Eastern UP.

• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and keep up-to-date with competitor activities in the local news industry.

Who You Are

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Media/Advertising experience is a plus).

• Local Insight: Strong existing network and understanding of the Varanasi business market.

• Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and fluency in Hindi and English.
