The Role

You will be the architect of our “intelligence layer.” This isn’t just about building models; it’s about solving high-concurrency, real-world urban problems. You will work on everything from Computer Vision for automated entry/exit to Predictive Analytics for dynamic pricing and occupancy forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Computer Vision & OCR: Develop and deploy high-accuracy models for Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and vehicle type classification under diverse lighting and weather conditions.
• Predictive Modeling: Build time-series forecasting models to predict parking occupancy and demand surges, enabling real-time dynamic pricing.
• Edge AI Integration: Optimize models to run on edge devices (CCTV/IoT sensors) to reduce latency and bandwidth costs.
• End-to-End MLOps: Own the lifecycle of ML models—from data labeling and training to deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS SageMaker.
• Scalable Architecture: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI outputs into our high-traffic mobile and web applications.
• Mentorship: Lead a small team of junior data scientists, ensuring best practices in code quality and experimental design.

Technical Skill Set

• Languages: Expert-level Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras).
• Vision: OpenCV, YOLO (v8/v10+), or Detectron2.
• Data & ML: Deep understanding of CNNs, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning for optimization.
• Tools: MLflow, DVC, Git, and SQL.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, Greengrass) or Google Cloud AI.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
