We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to be a key part of our team focused on the design, development, and maintenance of our innovative parking systems, including automated and semi-automated mechanical solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our mechanical lifts, shuttles, and vehicle transport mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and systems (e.g., lifts, turntables, conveyors) for automated and high-density parking facilities using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Perform engineering analysis and calculations (stress, load, thermal) to ensure designs meet all performance and safety standards.
Oversee the manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical parking equipment on project sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical failures and operational issues in existing parking systems.
Select appropriate materials, components (motors, gear trains, hydraulics/pneumatics), and manufacturing processes for cost-effective and reliable operation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in mechanical design, automation, robotics, or complex machinery (experience with parking systems is a strong plus).
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and drafting.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
