This pivotal role involves analyzing complex data related to our recruitment platform—including job seeker behavior, employer postings, application funnels, and business operations—to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis on large datasets to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting user engagement, conversion rates, and overall business growth.
Reporting & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain robust dashboards and reports that clearly communicate data findings to stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Data Integrity & Management: Ensure the reliability and accuracy of data by implementing effective data collection systems, performing routine data audits, and proactively addressing data quality issues.
Strategic Insights: Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling recommendations for improving recruitment processes, optimizing platform features, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to understand their specific business questions and define appropriate metrics and analytical approaches.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven professional experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
Expert proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries using SQL.
Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) to create impactful reports.
High level of competence in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Familiarity with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python or R) is a plus.
