About the Role

As a Business Development Associate at OurParkingSpace, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize urban mobility. You will identify and partner with commercial property owners, residential complexes, and enterprise clients to unlock the value of their underutilized parking assets.

This is a high-impact, remote role designed for a self-starter who excels at building relationships from scratch and thrives in a target-driven startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential partners (malls, hospitals, hotels, and corporate offices) through intensive market research and cold outreach (LinkedIn, Email, and Calls).
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire funnel—from the first introductory call to technical demos, negotiations, and closing the deal.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the real estate and facility management sectors.
  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on competitor movements and urban parking trends to refine our value proposition.
  • CRM Management: Diligently track all lead interactions and pipeline health in our CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets to drive the company’s expansion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 0–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (preferably in Tech/SaaS, Real Estate, or Logistics).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You should be able to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Resilience: A “never give up” attitude. You view rejections as data points and are comfortable with high-volume outreach.
  • Independence: Since this is a remote role, we value candidates who are disciplined, organized, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and virtual meeting platforms.
