We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The BA will be responsible for defining, documenting, and managing business requirements, ensuring that projects and products deliver maximum business value.
Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement specification documents.
Analysis & Modeling: Analyze and model current state (‘As-Is’) processes and define future state (‘To-Be’) processes to identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical development teams, and quality assurance teams.
Solution Evaluation: Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate potential solutions and ensure the final product meets all defined business requirements and quality standards.
Testing Support: Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team during system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Tech, Finance environment.
Proven ability to work with technical (developers) and non-technical (business) stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
