Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Business Development Associate to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value prospects to closing strategic deals. As a remote team member, you must be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through market research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold engagement.
- Strategic Pitching: Conduct virtual discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Revenue Ownership: Own a monthly and quarterly sales quota, ensuring a consistent flow of new business to hit the 13 LPA performance benchmarks.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) to track lead progress and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging based on direct market feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with a history of over-achieving targets.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly over Video/Voice calls.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Google Meet).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and time-management skills.
