The Role

Are you ready to jumpstart your finance career within the world’s most dynamic e-commerce environment? We are looking for CA Industrial Trainees who are eager to blend technical accounting knowledge with strategic financial analysis.

As a Financial Analyst Intern, you won’t just be “crunching numbers”—you will be a vital partner to our business leaders. You will work across diverse business lines—including Amazon.in, Amazon Pay, Prime Video, or Amazon Transportation Services—to provide data-driven insights that influence multi-million dollar decisions.

Key Functional Rotations may include:

• Business Finance: Partnering with category leads to drive profitability.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Accounting & Controllership: Ensuring financial integrity and robust internal audits.

Who You Are

We are looking for high-achievers who thrive in “Day 1” environments. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing CA; must have cleared IPCC/Intermediate in the first attempt.
• Availability: Must have 9–18 months of articleship period remaining.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience during articleship, with a track record of using data to solve problems.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel and a rock-solid understanding of Accounting Principles.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Office).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, TM1, or Data Warehouse tools.
• A history of participating in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or process automation) with measurable results.
• Experience in high-volume data environments.
