We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business activities. The successful candidate will be critical in developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient operational processes that support our company’s growth and enhance the overall user experience for our parking solutions. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Strategy & Improvement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline day-to-day operations, including parking inventory management, booking fulfillment, and payment processing.

  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions.

  • Ensure that operational workflows are documented, adhered to, and optimized for efficiency and cost reduction.

2. Supply Chain & Partner Management:

  • Manage relationships and performance with key parking partners (e.g., property owners, parking lot operators) to ensure inventory availability and quality.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new parking vendors and the continuous management of existing partners.

  • Negotiate operational contracts and terms to ensure favorable business outcomes.

3. Customer & User Experience:

  • Oversee the Customer Support team or function, ensuring high-quality service and quick resolution of user issues related to bookings, payments, and space access.

  • Monitor user feedback and operational incidents to drive continuous improvements in the parking service delivery.

4. Technology & Process Integration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure the operational team’s needs are met by the technology platform.

  • Assist in the testing and rollout of new operational tools and features in the mobile app or web platform.

5. Financial & Compliance Oversight:

  • Manage operational budgets and track expenses against performance targets.

  • Ensure all parking operations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • [3-5]+ years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within a technology, e-commerce, or logistics/mobility company.

  • Proven ability to design and implement effective operational workflows and procedures.
