Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development: Design and scale high-impact training programs, leadership coaching, and skill-building workshops.
- Performance Management: Evolve our appraisal process into a continuous feedback culture that drives high performance.
- Onboarding: Create a seamless, engaging “Day 1 to Day 90” experience for all new hires.
- Engagement: Analyze employee sentiment data to launch initiatives that improve retention and cultural health.
- Internal Mobility: Build frameworks for career pathing and succession planning to keep our best talent growing internally.
What You Bring
- Experience: 4+ years in People Ops, L&D, or Talent Management.
- Data-Driven: Ability to turn engagement surveys and performance metrics into actionable strategies.
