Role Overview

At EsyConnect.in, we believe that data is the key to building lasting relationships. We are seeking a Predictive Retention Analyst to join our Data Science and Analytics department.

Your mission is to dive deep into user interaction data to identify patterns that lead to churn. By building robust predictive models and working closely with the marketing and product teams, you will help us implement automated intervention strategies that keep our users coming back to EsyConnect.in.

Key Responsibilities

• Churn Prediction Modeling:

  Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to identify users at high risk of churning.

• CLV Analysis:

  Calculate and project Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to prioritize high-value retention efforts.

• Behavioral Segmentation:

  Segment the user base based on engagement patterns to enable hyper-personalized marketing campaigns.

• A/B Testing & Optimization:

  Design and analyze experiments for retention strategies, measuring the impact on long-term user retention.
