Role Overview

As a Predictive Retention Analyst, you will be the primary driver of data-led strategies to reduce churn and maximize customer (or employee) lifetime value. Based in our Bengaluru tech hub, you will build and maintain sophisticated predictive models that identify “at-risk” segments and provide actionable insights to business leaders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Modeling: Develop and deploy predictive models (Churn, CLV, Propensity) using Python or R to forecast retention trends.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze historical data to identify behavioral triggers and patterns that lead to attrition.
  • Strategy Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and HR teams to design targeted intervention campaigns based on model outputs.
  • A/B Testing: Design and monitor experiments to validate the effectiveness of retention strategies.
  • Reporting: Build automated dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to track real-time retention KPIs for executive stakeholders.

Technical Toolkit

  • Programming: Advanced SQL (mandatory) and Python/R.
  • Machine Learning: Strong grasp of Classification, Regression, and Clustering algorithms.
  • Data Ops: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data cleaning/feature engineering.
  • Visualization: Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience in a B2C, SaaS, or FinTech environment.
  • Ability to translate complex statistical findings into plain-language business recommendations.
