We are seeking a results-driven and spiritually-attuned Sales Executive to drive the sales of Puja Samadhan’s products and services, including sacred idols, puja essentials, Vastu products, and online/on-site puja services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, able to connect with customers’ spiritual needs, and consistently meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our e-commerce spiritual products and service bookings (e.g., e-pujas, astrologers).
Develop and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with customers, understanding their unique religious/spiritual requirements.
Present, promote, and sell products and services effectively to both existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and report on sales performance.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar relevant role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial awareness and a self-motivated, target-driven approach.
Familiarity with Hindu rituals, puja essentials, or spiritual products is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
