About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our team as Artist Onboarding & Support Executives. In this role, you will act as a key touchpoint for artists joining our platform — helping them get started, guiding them through the onboarding steps, and ensuring a smooth experience through follow-up support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys interacting with people and helping them use digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and receive calls to/from artists to explain the onboarding process.
- Guide them step-by-step on how to register, upload documents/photos, and activate their profiles.
- Handle common doubts or minor technical questions via phone or WhatsApp.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain follow-up records using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure artists complete their profiles and are comfortable with platform features.
- Report daily/weekly progress to the operations team.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (English or any regional language is a plus).
- Ability to explain things patiently and confidently over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of how apps, websites, or digital forms work.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel for tracking.
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a phone, internet access, and a quiet environment for calling.
