At KiaraHub.com, we bridge the gap between innovation and execution. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our fully remote US team. As a BDA, you will be the engine room of our sales pipeline. Your main goal is to identify new business opportunities, initiate contact with potential clients across the US, and schedule qualified meetings for our senior sales team.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify high-potential businesses and decision-makers using LinkedIn, databases, and digital tools.
Outreach & Engagement: Execute cold outreach via email, phone, and social selling (LinkedIn) to spark interest and introduce KiaraHub’s solutions.
Qualification: Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospects’ pain points and ensure they fit our ideal customer profile.
Pipeline Management: Seamlessly schedule demos/meetings for Senior Account Executives and maintain pristine records in our CRM.
Location: Must be based in the USA with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or digital platform experience is a plus, but hungry freshers are welcome!).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—you know how to write an email people actually want to reply to.
Grit & Resilience: A positive attitude, comfortable handling rejection, and a self-motivated drive to hit daily outreach targets.
