Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Your primary goal is to turn prospects into long-term partners and help us scale our market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Client Acquisition: Pitch products/services to potential clients and negotiate contracts to closing.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for persuasion.
  • Drive: A goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
