About the Opportunity
A fast-paced, tech-enabled HR solutions startup operating in the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Strategy space, we empower mid-market and growth-stage companies across India to build high-performing teams through data-driven hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience innovation. Our hybrid-first model lets you work remotely with in-office collaboration, giving you exposure to real-world recruitment tech stacks, ATS workflows, and scalable hiring playbooks used by top startups and enterprises. Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, and campus portals).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct preliminary phone/video screenings, assess candidate fit, and maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Coordinate interview scheduling, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless, branded experience from first touch to offer stage.
- Assist in organizing and executing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and virtual hiring events across Indian colleges and universities.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion) and provide weekly reporting to the TA team.
