About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech startup in the SaaS and enterprise IT solutions space, we empower businesses across India with cloud-native tools, automation platforms, and digital transformation services. Our sales team drives growth by connecting innovative tech products with mid-market and enterprise clients — and we’re looking for energetic, tech-savvy interns to join us on this journey.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Support senior sales reps with CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and outreach campaign coordination.
  • Conduct market research on target industries, buyer personas, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in demo preparation, product documentation summaries, and pitch decks.
  • Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls under supervision.
  • Attend sales training sessions and shadow senior team members to build foundational sales skills.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email outreach tools (Mailshake, Lemlist, Outreach)
  • Basic understanding of SaaS/IT products
  • Strong verbal & written communication

Preferred

  • Experience in cold calling or telesales
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
