Key Responsibilities
- Global Market Expansion: Architect and execute market-entry strategies across international territories to rapidly scale Odoo Express’s global footprint.
- Strategic Client Harmonization: Act as the primary bridge between complex enterprise client needs and our high-performance technical delivery teams.
- High-Value Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations for multi-million dollar global enterprise contracts, ensuring absolute alignment on delivery and value.
- Global Brand Resonance: Represent Odoo Express at major international tech summits, corporate boards, and enterprise forums to drive brand dominance.
- Cross-Border Leadership: Build and mentor elite, cross-functional international business development teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record as a C-level executive, Enterprise Architect, or Global Business Development Lead within the ERP/SaaS/Enterprise Software domain (Odoo ecosystem experience is a massive plus).
- Global Mobility: Must be ready to travel extensively across the globe on short notice to close deals and establish international hubs.
- Strategic Mastery: Exceptional ability to conceptualize, pitch, and deliver complex technological ecosystems to non-technical stakeholders.
- Urgency: Ability to step into a fast-paced, high-growth environment immediately and deliver measurable pipeline velocity within the first 30 days.
