We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead our dealership acquisition and premium listing growth.

Role Overview

As our Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by onboarding automotive dealerships, managing key accounts, and leading a small team of sales representatives. You will be the face of KiaraHub.com to our B2B partners, helping them maximize their inventory exposure and sales velocity through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealership Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and close partnership deals with independent and franchise car dealerships to list their inventory on KiaraHub.com.

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for premium partners, ensuring high satisfaction and platform retention.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and track the performance of a growing team of inside sales representatives.

  • Revenue Optimization: Sell premium advertising slots, featured listing packages, and data analytics tools to existing inventory partners.

  • Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and gather feedback from dealerships to help our product team improve the portal’s features.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry (dealership sales, automotive SaaS, or digital media sales).

  • Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding B2B sales quotas.

  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) skills.

  • Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven startup environment.
