KiaraHub.com is a fast-growing digital automotive marketplace connecting car buyers, dealerships, and private sellers. We leverage technology to make buying and selling vehicles seamless, transparent, and efficient. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead our dealership acquisition and premium listing growth.
As our Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by onboarding automotive dealerships, managing key accounts, and leading a small team of sales representatives. You will be the face of KiaraHub.com to our B2B partners, helping them maximize their inventory exposure and sales velocity through our platform.
Dealership Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and close partnership deals with independent and franchise car dealerships to list their inventory on KiaraHub.com.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for premium partners, ensuring high satisfaction and platform retention.
Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and track the performance of a growing team of inside sales representatives.
Revenue Optimization: Sell premium advertising slots, featured listing packages, and data analytics tools to existing inventory partners.
Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and gather feedback from dealerships to help our product team improve the portal’s features.
Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry (dealership sales, automotive SaaS, or digital media sales).
Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding B2B sales quotas.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) skills.
Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven startup environment.
