Job Description: Site Supervisor cum Billing Engineer – Interior & Fit-out
Projects Location: Project Sites / Office as required
Experience: 4+ years (Interior & Fit-out projects preferred)
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor cum Billing Engineer is responsible for executing interior fit-out works
at site, supervising labor, ensuring quality and timelines, and handling project billing,
measurements, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision & Execution
– Supervise interior fit-out activities (civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, false
ceiling, flooring)
– Ensure work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
– Manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors
– Monitor progress and ensure timely completion
– Maintain safety and site discipline
– Coordinate with architects and project managers
2. Quantity Surveying & Billing
– Take site measurements and prepare BOQ
– Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills
– Verify subcontractor bills
– Track project costs
– Maintain billing records3. Material & Resource Management
– Plan material requirements
– Check material quality and storage
– Coordinate with procurement team
3. Documentation & Reporting
– Maintain daily progress reports (DPR)
– Maintain drawings and revisions
– Prepare measurement sheets and reports
– Assist in MIS reports
4. Coordination & Communication
– Liaise with clients and consultants
– Attend site meetings
– Resolve site issues
5. Quality & Safety
– Ensure quality standards
– Conduct inspections
– Follow safety guidelines
Required Skills:
– Knowledge of interior fit-out works
– Understanding of BOQ and billing
– Ability to read drawings (AutoCAD preferred)
– Knowledge of MS Excel and Office
– Good communication skills
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior-related field
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in interior projects
– Familiarity with billing software
– Knowledge of costing and rate analysisKey Deliverables:

Salary:
25k-30k + accommodation, food and travelling (only for company purpose)provided by company
